cr8rs Brand Assets Policy and Guidelines

cr8rs's brand assets - including our name, logos, slogans, and designs - are the intellectual property of Meta Stream Incorporated Pvt. Ltd. We encourage Creators to promote their use of cr8rs, but it must be done in a way that is consistent with our brand guidelines and does not mislead anyone.


1. Approved Usage

We grant Creators and partners a limited, non-exclusive right to use the cr8rs name and logo for the purpose of indicating your use of or partnership with our Service:

  • Content Graphics or Overlays: You may display a 'cr8rs' icon, badge, or overlay on your content (live stream, video, podcast, etc.) to indicate you accept support via cr8rs.
  • Descriptions and Social Media: You may mention cr8rs in your YouTube video descriptions, Twitch panels, social media posts, and any other content channels to promote your cr8rs profile.
  • Fan Content: If you create content (videos, blogs) talking about cr8rs, you may use our name and screenshots of our Service for commentary, reviews or tutorials, under fair use.

When using our logo, use the official version provided on cr8rs.app or in our Creators' media kit. Maintain clear space around the logo and do not alter its aspect ratio or colors.

2. Prohibited Usage

  • No Modification: Do not alter our logo or graphics beyond resizing.
  • No Misrepresentation: Do not imply an official partnership, endorsement, or sponsorship that does not exist. Avoid statements like 'Official cr8rs Partner' unless you have a written agreement with us.
  • No Confusing Naming: Do not name your products or services in a way that could be confused with cr8rs.
  • No Merchandise: Do not put the cr8rs logo or name on merchandise for sale or distribution without our explicit written permission.
  • Domain Names and Social Handles: Do not register domain names, social media accounts, or any online presence using the cr8rs brand name or confusingly similar names.

3. Enforcement

cr8rs reserves the right to request changes or removal of any usage of our brand assets that we believe violates these guidelines or could cause brand confusion. If we find unauthorized or misuse of our branding, we will reach out with a cease and desist request or further legal action if necessary.
