cr8rs Ad Choices

1. Advertising on cr8rs

• Internal Promotions: cr8rs may show internal banners on dashboards, tipping pages or loading screens to promote cr8rs features, updates or partner offers. These are managed entirely by cr8rs.
• Creator Ad Spaces: Each Creator's tipping page includes a designated ad space. Creators may place their own promotions, brand partnerships or sponsored content in this space on special request. Creators interested in using this ad space should contact ads@cr8rs.app. cr8rs reserves the right to approve or reject ad content to ensure compliance with community standards and applicable laws.
• Third-Party Ads: cr8rs does not currently serve third-party advertising networks (e.g., Google Ads) on its pages. If cr8rs introduces third-party advertising in the future, this section will be updated and users will be notified.

2. Ad Content Guidelines

• No Illegal Ads: Ads must comply with Nepal's advertising laws and cr8rs's content standards. cr8rs prohibits ads that promote illegal products or services or that are fraudulent or misleading.
• No Adult or Offensive Content: No pornographic content or explicit adult services. No hate speech or incitement to violence.
• Transparency: All ads will be labelled as 'Advertisement' or otherwise clearly distinguished from organic cr8rs content.

3. Ad Choices

Currently, cr8rs does not serve interest-based or third-party targeted advertising. If this changes in the future, cr8rs will provide relevant opt-out mechanisms and update this Policy accordingly.

4. Changes to Ad Practices

If cr8rs decides to significantly change how advertising works, cr8rs will update this section and notify users, giving an opportunity to review and opt in or out as required by law.
